Publishes Smart Accounts Kit v0.2.0 as the latest with extensive new versioned docs (concepts, guides, references, changelogs), updated supported networks, and new getting-started content.

  • Set smart-accounts-kit latest to 0.2.0 in docusaurus.config.js.
  • Add version 0.2.0 sidebar and gator_versions.json entry.
• Versioned docs (v0.2.0):
  • Add comprehensive content under gator_versioned_docs/version-0.2.0/:
    • Concepts (smart-accounts, delegation, advanced-permissions).
    • Guides (smart accounts, delegation, Advanced Permissions, config, CLI, Scaffold-ETH, quickstarts incl. EIP‑7702).
    • Reference APIs (smart account, delegation, caveats, caveat enforcer client, Advanced Permissions actions).
    • Changelogs (0.2.0) plus archived 0.1.0, 0.12.0, 0.13.0).
