Deals with many, but not all cases, as far as I can tell from the code (e.g. multiple rates in a single file, non-zero time between sweeps for abf < 1)

Probably the way to solve this would be:

  1. Wait 5 years, see what happens
  2. If it goes well, add some examples to the guide showing how to use pyabf with Myokit (fitting!)
  3. Deprecate abf library

Only issue would be the file viewer, but maybe that could be a separate project at some stage?

These formats are quite stable, and Myokit's reader still handles the types of files I've used better than the others (Last time I checked, which was a while ago). So leaving these in. Can revisit this idea if they become a time sink.
