When Groups are Added to the Manage Access Dialog, You Can't Give Them Permissions #958

As the title states, a new group added to the manage access dialog cannot be given permissions. This is because the Access and Default checkboxes are greyed out.

Fix merged into hotfix branch for 1.6.1
