[Telegram] Bot crashes on Telegram channel with no detail explanation. #3875

Issue Description

Trying to attach some different video files to chat message and got "Telegram API returned a result code indicating non-success" with no any explanation. Where it possible to view detail logs and how?

Expected Behavior

Viewing detail logs somewhere

Please help.

Has this bot ever worked? Does it work on the emulator or any other channel?

I tested your bot in webchat in the dev portal and was able to get a response. It seems like the problem lies with telegram or your telegram configuration

Yes, bot is worked very well. My question was is "what exactly happened in this case [Telegram API returned a result code indicating non-success]" (i tried to send large videofile, maybe there is some restrictions?) and "where I can see more details if possible". Thanks.

How big was the file? This Telegram blog shows that you can send up to 1.5gb files. As far as getting more information, on this specific error, it seems like Telegram returned a generic error and that is all the information from the Telegram API. Let me ask someone more familiar with node for tips on that part of your question.
