Width's Result windows is incomplete #2993

Issue Type: Bug

When I queried from sql script and move Azure Data Studio to another screen (I have 2 monitor screen), The width of Results section is incomplete with new screen.

This incomplete is happened sometime not always and workaround by close app and open new and queried again.

@anthonydresser I recall you looked at similar issue a couple weeks ago. Can you please try to figure out what's happening here?

I can repro this by

  1. Open a couple editor windows
  2. Switch the editor window
  3. Resize the main window
  4. Switch back to original editor window prior to step 2

At the end of this the result grid is the size of the window prior to step 3 and doesn't respond to resize events.
