Activate pipenv with python -m pipenv #3791

Pipenv should be activated with python -m pipenv instead of pipenv, to ensure pipenv is accessible if the user has installed it in their home directory without adding ~/.local/bin to $PATH

Thanks for your suggestion. We're not looking into this for now since you can use the solution from #978 to specify the path for pipenv.
