[Low priority] Enabling extension creates small white line in errors/warnings display. #4293

Environment data

  • VS Code version: 1.30.2
  • Extension version (available under the Extensions sidebar): 2019.1.0
  • OS and version: Mac OS Mojave 10.14.2
  • Python version (& distribution if applicable, e.g. Anaconda): 3.6.5 64 Bit (via Homebrew)
  • Type of virtual environment used (N/A | venv | virtualenv | conda | ...): venv
  • Relevant/affected Python packages and their versions: N/A

Expected behaviour

In bottom left of screen, should see Git icon and branch, followed by Python interpreter details then error icon and error count, then warning icon and warning count.

Actual behaviour

Enabling extension puts a small white line between error count and warning icon.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Disable all extensions.
  2. Enable only vscode-python.

Output for Python in the Output panel (ViewOutput, change the drop-down the upper-right of the Output panel to Python)

Starting Jedi Python language engine.
