This way I am using Git bash to execute simple code --version to demonstrate:
capture

Now after executing this command is what I am never expecting :(

capture

@joaomoreno Is there any configuration available to stop this behaviour until the patch version update is released. Please guide me :)

Finally the issue has been debug after 3 days of debugging here and there. It was because of being this Code.exe location dir in PATH instead of its bin directory added by laragon issue.

C:\Users\shivapoudel\AppData\Local\Programs\Microsoft VS Code\

VS Code is awesome but please check why old PATH is affecting the behaviour :)

As you have found out, that path should not be in the PATH. It is either caused by Laragon or another piece of software. VS Code doesn't place it in the PATH.
