Insert new Example 3 demonstrating how to configure log properties.

Following the same configuration change guidelines as outlined in How to: Configure and Read Event Log Properties

I couldn't quickly find a good resource on how to figure the log's settings, so I've inserted a new Example 3 after the previously existing Example 2 which follows the same configuration change guidelines as outlined here:
