Clarify Configuration server locale (Non English OS)

As the support matrix, Site Recovery configuration server only supports English (en-us) locale.

So, does the configuration server support OS locale changing from Non English to en-US? or we have to install OS with en-US?

It seems some users struggle with this also, so could you please consider to clarify it?

Reg: your query - OS has to be installed with English locale. Conversion of locale post installation could result in potential issues.
