The documentation currently states that custom FHIR audit log headers must be named like `X-MS-AZUREFHIR-AUDIT-AUDIT-<name>`. However, all the examples of custom FHIR audit log headers in the documentation only contain a single `AUDIT` followed by a name. To prevent reader confusion, this change makes the documented header name template consistent with the examples.
