https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/win32/api/prsht/ns-prsht-propsheetheadera_v2 and https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/win32/api/prsht/ns-prsht-propsheetpagea_v2

Almost all critical information from these pages has gone missing. Compare them to an old version, which is about thrice the length: https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/ie/bb774546(v=vs.100)

There’s always sentences like Set the PSP_USEHEADERTITLE flag in the dwFlags member., but said dwFlags member is never defined.

In this state, both pages are absolutely unusable.

The PropSheetProc page is also completely chopped apart:
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/win32/api/prsht/nc-prsht-pfnpropsheetcallback vs. https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/ie/bb760815(v=vs.100)
Also mind that the declaration is wrong (CALLBACK is missing; first line does not make sense)
