[USE] Unused new Indic_Syllabic_Category values #336

The Indic_Syllabic_Category overrides include new values not defined by Unicode: Consonant_Final_Modifier, Hieroglyph, Hieroglyph_Joiner, Hieroglyph_Segment_Begin, and Hieroglyph_Segment_End. They are not mentioned in the table of USE classes, so they are all equivalent to Other, the default value.
