More example needed for DBConnectionString

I didn't find any sample to known the right formulation with DBConnectionString. I have 2 scenarios that I would like to known how to deal with:

First, I have VAMT with local database engine (WID) where more than one databases are existing:

When I connect to VAMT with the graphical interface:
Server: .\VAMT
Database: DOMAIN1

or

Server: .\VAMT
Database: DOMAIN2

Second, I have VAMT with remote SQL database (SQL Standard):

Server: sqlsrv.mydomain.com
Database: MYDOMAIN

How I can I connect to them ?
