mc archive explorer shows duplicate folders in some tar-files (+patch)

If you try to open some of the tar-files, e.g.

http://www.xm1math.net/texmaker/texmaker-1.8.tar.bz2

you shall see that all the folder are duplicated, e.g. texmaker-1.8 appears 2 times etc. It is expected for mc to show only one folder for each item.

Maybe the tar-handling code is worth updating.
