Turbot Dual-e Availability

In early/mid 2016, there was a bit of excitement about the upcoming dual Ethernet Minnowboard:

At the time, it was noted they would be released in Q3 2016. That time
has obviously come and gone but I haven't heard anything else about it.
Does anyone have any insight on when this might get released?

Hello Michael. The MinnowBoard Turbot Dual-e is a fully member designed derivative design (ADI Engineering is a member of MinnowBoard.org). ADI is performing all the work and certifications at their own expense, thus I feel it is appropriate for them to provide the statement on availability date....I have flagged this issue thread to ADI for response. In the meantime, I do know that the design has passed all planned regulatory certifications, so the rest is just production. :)

Side Note: For future platform derivatives we have discussed actions to enable similar "massively ethernet" derivatives by routing PCI Express lanes in a way that makes it easier to add "many" ethernet ports to a design. If that has appeal, I'd be interested in hearing what you think.

The latest word from ADI Engineering is that Turbot Dual-e is slated for late May 2017. More updates to follow. Feel free to chime in @tdanowski .

The Turbot dual-ethernet (dual- and quad-core options) are appearing for order in systems:
SG-2320 & SG-2340. They have target shipment dates posted.

Per Netgate there are no defined plans to offer the boards independently for sale (out of systems). I am closing this issue, but many of us will see comments posted here. Feedback welcome.
