CRTSim

This is a lightweight reference implementation of the CRT simulation from titles such as Super Win the Game and Gunmetal Arcadia. It is licensed under CC0 1.0 (public domain).

This implementation is built around Direct3D9, and a Visual Studio 2005 project is included.
