Hi there 👋 I'm Mira Welner, a Data Scientist and Programmer. I hope to eventually get a PhD and found a startup which applies machine learning to medical reseach! Someday I'd like to go into low earth orbit or higher 🚀

  • 👨🏻‍💻 I’m currently working for Professor Min Xu in the CMU Computational Biology department, and Dr. DeMaumder at the University of Pittsburgh!
  • 🔬 I’m currently learning about (and interested in) membrane-bound particle detection in cryogenic electron tomography
