Make MoarVM portable #965

Respective rakudo ticket: rakudo/rakudo#2278
MoarVM currently relies on its installation location to stay fixed. It is set during compilation and must then never change. It would be helpful to have the option to compile a portable MoarVM.

That's a patch to make MoarVM look for libmoar.so relative to its own location on Linux. WIP
