Updated URL for Carris (Lisboa, PT) [SOURCES]

The current URL returns an invalid/empty GTFS. The correct URL is https://gateway.carris.pt/gateway/gtfs/api/v2.8/GTFS

Hi @joao-vasconcelos! Thank you very much for this update. Does this mean that https://github.com/carrismetropolitana/gtfs/raw/live/CarrisMetropolitana.zip is your aggregated feed for all Carris Metropolitana services and https://gateway.carris.pt/gateway/gtfs/api/v2.8/GTFS is Lisboa specific? Are there any other feeds we should add?

Hey @emmambd! I know this may sound confusing, but Carris and Carris Metropolitana are two different companies. Essentially the 18 municipalities of the Lisbon Metropolitan Area got together and created Carris Metropolitana. The 3 municipalities that already had their own public companies kept them, so no change happened there. These were Lisbon, Barreiro and Cascais.

Carris (municipal) operates exclusively in the Lisbon municipality, while Carris Metropolitana operates in the other 15 (of course with connections to the other 3 cities). TCB operates in Barreiro but does not publish a GTFS feed. MobiCascais operates in Cascais but publishes its feed in Google Drive (https://drive.google.com/file/d/13ucYiAJRtu-gXsLa02qKJrGOgDjbnUWX/view).

Carris (municipal) has recently updated their systems so this is the new URL for their GTFS. No change happened in ours (Carris Metropolitana).

I hope this week to also update the URLs for CP, Fertagus and Transtejo/Soflusa, which are also invalid right now.
