MODETOOLS-71 Upgrade Plugins, Features, Site, Poms, and ModeShape Client To Version 3.5 Upgraded all versions to 3.5.0. Fixed an enablement issue with publish areas button. This add button was not enabled when there was a workspace selected but the workspace had no publish areas. Now, as soon as a workspace is selected the publish area add button and combo are enabled and the page completion state is determined.
Upgraded to ModeShape 3.4.0.Final client jar. Modified site pom and main pom to 3.4.0 and stable release.

Fixes an enablement issue where the publish areas combo and add button were still enabled when a workspace was not selected.

MODETOOLS-66 Provide A Way For Users To Mark And Unmark Publish Areas Publish areas now show in the MS server view under the workspace. The publish areas appear in the publish resource dialog as expected. Users can create new publish areas in the publish dialog or in the MS server view. They can also delete/unmark a publish area from the MS server view. I have updated the Eclipse docs with new text and images of the MS server view and publish dialog.
Fixed multiple issues with the status bar labels and menus. Labels now update when editor focus changes. Status bar menus now update the editor in focus and its selections.
