Unsuitable rgba fallback in documentation #530

Hi, I just spotted that it recommends to not use the rgba test in most situations, because you can just do it via a fallback property. But I've often found that it's better to supply to the fallback in rgb( ) value instead of hex; otherwise IE7 won't read it correctly.

So, from this...

.my_container {  /* no .rgba use necessary! */
    background-color: #ccc;
    background-color: rgba(255,255,255, .5);
 }

To this...

.my_container {  /* no .rgba use necessary! */
    background-color: rgb(255,255,255);
    background-color: rgba(255,255,255, .5);
 }
