str_to_timestamp('23-09-1987 11:40', '%d-%m-%Y %H:%M') AS "timestamp";
as documented on https://www.monetdb.org/Documentation/Cookbooks/SQLrecipes/DateTimeFunctionality returns wrong output for the "time":
