ColorWriteChannels is in wrong namespace #865

ColorWriteChannels is in the wrong namespace. Not a huge deal but I did come across a compiler error in a file that did not include the base framework but did include .Graphics

XNA - Microsoft.Xna.Framework.Graphics
MonoGame - Microsoft.Xna.Framework
