Fix OpenGL StencilOp mapping. GL_INCR / GL_DECR are clamped which correspond to StencilOperation.{Increment|Decrement}Saturation in XNA.

There's a lot of unnecessary whitespace and indent changes in there. Keep an eye on that in future as we will be getting more strict on it.

My apologies for the whitespace; I only changed the StencilOp code though ... weird.
