Added some fixes to the MonoGame Content Builder tool so it can be a better host for developing and testing improvements to the content pipeline.
With these changes everyone should be able to work out of the MGCB solution for doing content pipeline development work.
Removed redudant supertypes.
MGCB links against MonoGame now and not MS XNA.
ContentCompiler.Compile() is now internal.
Fixed WriteXnb to use ContentCompiler directly.
Removed the MSBuild tasks from the pipeline project.
We now throw PipelineException when we cannot find or execute importe…
…rs or processors.
We now print errors to the console in ContentProject.Build().

Pipeline project now references Windows and not WindowsGL.
@slygamer - I think we should delete the MSBuild Tasks in the pipeline project. We know now will not be cross-platform and that we need to develop our own process for hooking content building into VS.
Removed MSBuild assembly references.
Deleted MSBuild Tasks... we won't be using them.
