Fix 'Shader Compilation Failed' on Linux #846

Currently when we launch a game with the latest Linux build of develop3d branch we have a Shader Compilation Failed message and the game doesn't launch.

This pull request fix this problem and MonoGame run now correctly. It's just one line who affect only the Linux build.

I've tested it with my games/experiments (2D/3D) and it work fine

For future reference, this was first reported as #596. At the time, the fix got pulled in but there was no #ifdef LINUX and it was reverted in #749 because it broke the windows build. The #ifdef LINUX should make this one safe I suppose.

I've added #if LINUX so it's for Linux build only and it doesn't break other builds
