Mooncoin 0.18.1.L ** DONT USE THIS RELEASE FOR NOW **

The 0.18.1.L release is a mandatory upgrade, the validation restoration block is set to 1.801,000 until then 0.13 and 0.18 wallets are compatible, afterwards 0.13 will only follow 0.18 if it has the majority share of hashing power. At that point decentralised consensus will decide which version will be the majority version.
