This is the framework for an ECS implementation of Drawable objects, which represent the graphics of an entity. This PR's scope covers the components and events that deal with a SolObject itself. A DrawableComponent contains a reference to entities that represent the graphical elements. I will soon create systems that handle the actual graphical implementation for those entities.
