Provide an integrated server manager that can start and monitor a headless Terasology instance on a remote server. It must make use of the web API exposed by server facade.

Feature requirements

  • UI accesible from side menu
  • Generated web client code from Swagger specs
  • SSH or HTTPS support
  • All features from FacadeServer-frontend

Added Gradle task (generateSwaggerCodeClient) to generate web API client code as a subproject. Check PR #428 for details.

I removed the checkmark from "Generated web client code from Swagger specs". Please extract the server-manager-related changes from #428 into a separate PR.

Remember that you can use git reset and git add -p to only add specific files to a commit.
