Support for Maven build systems

Only a Gradle plugin is delivered. A maven plugin would be nice to allow more users.

This is the single biggest issue preventing my team at FREENOW from trying Mappie as an alternative to MapStruct.

@stefankoppier if you're open to contributions, I can try to bring this as a topic for my team, and we could work on a Maven plugin with some guidance from you.

Hi @lucasls. I'm definitely open to contributions, as my time is currently limited.

I have a branch open locally from a while back, which might help as a starting point or inspirating if you/someone will resolve this ticket. I will push this branch to GitHub.

Please let me know if this will be picked up, otherwise it will be my next top ticket after #161.
