Beta release of 2.0 support

turreted ships work normally now
pilot cards will trickle in and flash the content checker normally (didn't work in the alpha)
better autospawn layout including charges + force tokens
the case of a charge + force token on a single pilot - untested (likely doesn't work or overlaps)
