User garmondbozia from Reddit has requested support for screen readers via the Java Accessibility API.

Given time constraints this should go into MultiBit HD.

On OSX use the built-in VoiceOver utility (de/activate with Cmd+Fn+5) to explore the UI using only the accessibility API.
