Ability to load a pathless playlist and find the tracks in my library by searching track name and artist name

Allow mpd to load a playlist (.xspf or whatever else) with audio tracks by using only the track name and the artist name metadata so it can be path independent and be able to load playlists from any other player even if the location of the files is not set (like in the last.fm tags, loved tracks and playlist exports case) or the location is changed (like if i change hard drive or folder names)
if the track exists in your music library it should be able to find it and play it.

Tomahawk music player used to have this feature and was loading the tracks from your audio library or from other sources like youtube or soundcloud if enabled. but now the player is obsolete.

*Example of pathless playlists exported by last.fm
Last.FM.zip
