Code files added by NuGet packages shouldn't need the namespace to be changed manually #235

You should be able to get rid of the "YourNamespace" which needs to be manually replaced in the content files that the MvvmCross NuGet packages install, by following the instructions here

Basically, it looks like you just rename something like Setup.cs to Setup.cs.pp, and replace "YourNamespace" with "$rootnamespace$".
