Here is a simple element for displaying web content in iOS dialog

Pull Requests are good - or we can work with the gist.

Is there a sample for how to use this? Generally I've tried to include recent Dialog contribs from @csteeg within new samples in https://github.com/MvvmCross/MvvmCross-Tutorials/tree/master/DialogExamples in order to be able to test them in releases

CrossUI/Dialog were removed in41f191574d11e6e1a664336e7108cfa1e59a4383
