This version allows you to install the older version of the PS3 patch, which is compatible with Higurashi-Vita.
There is a Linux build and a Windows build. Choose the correct one for your operating system.
Currently, normal patch instillation is broken.

Not sure how to make the Linux executable file runnable by a double click in the file explorer.
Just run it with the command line.
