    Fix Live TV channel changing when using Input Groups.

    When trying to change channels (either directly or through the program
    guide), an idle tuner in the same input group as the current tuner
    would not be considered available.

    This is fixed by adding the excluded_cardids argument to
    RemoteRequestFreeRecorderList() and
    RemoteRequestFreeRecorderFromList().

    Doing this the "right" way would require a protocol change for the
    GET_FREE_RECORDER_LIST command. This is better done closer to the end
    of the 0.26 release cycle, so the current implementation is less
    efficient and makes multiple queries.

    There is also a lot of vector<> code here that could stand to be
    converted to QVector<>.

    Disable picture controls with Intel XVideo overlay adaptor.

    This adaptor uses defaults that vary from the norm on more than just the hue value.
    Hue variance is the only thing we allow non-standard defaults on so just disable
    picture controls with this adaptor.
  3. daniel-kristjansson

    Changes VideoOutput::CalcHueBase() to return 50% by default.

    This also adds some adaptors to the known list from jya.

    Thanks to skd5aner, anykey and jya on IRC for their assistance with this problem.

    DB update for RTP. This adds an iptv_channel table.

    In the existing IPTV recorder we need to read in a text file on
    startup for the RTSP/RTP/UDP urls, this adds a table for those
    so we can keep this data in the database. This requires a new
    column in channel so we can link to this table. I've also defined
    several URL types since an RTP stream require up to three URLs.

    I'm adding this now so I can more easily switch between branches
    and so others can test the rtp and ceton branches without needing
    to manually edit the database.

    Subtitles: Minor cleanup of SubtitleScreen:InitializeFonts().

    Before switching to the Qt font infrastructure, loading fonts was much
    more error-prone and needed more checks and logging. That is largely
    unnecessary now.

    Take the cutlist into account when seeking during playback.

    Cut regions are honored when calculating exactly where to jump.

    Temporarily, the "INFOWITHCUTLIST" key binding is added for the
    Arbitrary Seek functionality. By default, "INFO" will jump to an
    absolute (non cutlist adjusted) point in the recording, whereas
    "INFOWITHCUTLIST" with do a cutlist-adjusted jump. This can be
    removed when we work out how to allow the playback progress bar to
    convey cutlist information.
