Need to move over the header code from the wordpress repo to the react repo. This requires some code changes and reorganization.

The header will need to be available through the library install.

Hi @anilnatha , @eddiesarevalo , I closed this ticket since it was in branch develop.

From our notes at a past breakout, I think we said we will create PR on with target branch develop for the tickets to be reviewed.
