ReEvaluation does not work when measurements taken in adaptive mode #26

The code looks for dark_0.STD which does not exist in adaptive mode. Instead, it generates darkcur_0.STD and offset_0.STD. Prior to doing the analysis, need to calculated corrected measurement spectrum.
