Warn user when GPS data is lost #78

Users may not notice when GPS data is lost. This is a problem due to #77. Users should receive some kind of warning when GPS data is lost, including some form of audio notification.

In Christoph's own words:

It would be good to have an audible and visible warning message come up if the GPS is no longer being updated for some reason. Similarly, if the exact same SO2 column amounts are obtained more than 3 times in a row, the spectrometer connection was lost and the same spectrum just keeps coming in - this should also throw a warning.

Once GPS signal is lost, the software will now attempt to reconnect every second indefinitely. The GPS Information labels will turn red to indicate connection loss. There is also an audio alarm (Windows Error.wav).
