workflow gem deleting E+ runtime files

these files that get deleted should be user configurable somehow. sometimes you want the .rdd file, sometimes you dont.

When we implement explicit steps in the OSW I think it would be useful to be able to parameterize the clean up job. e.g. '{keep_extensions: ['.rdd', '.sql']}' etc
