Allow analyze_db tool to do only a cursory inspection

Currently, when you analyze a prebuilt database, DIGITS checks every Datum to make sure that the sizes are all equal. This can be very time consuming. There should be an option to only read the number of entries and the shape of the first entry, making the assumption that all other entries have the same shape.
