404 = file not found on the server, nothing can be done. You can try to open the page, but it should show the same error.
Time Out error = retry?

Indeed, in refreshing my collection of artist downloads from about two years ago, I find that many artists delete their old images, and some artists leave altogether.

I mentioned behavior regarding missing pages on the "process member" screen in #39. It seems that if you use the Add button to place one of these missing artists in the queue, it returns The remote server returned an error: (404) Not Found. Trying to view that artist on the website brings up a page of a super deformed blonde girl dozing peacefully.

This can probably be closed since it's an external issue. My only suggestion might be that this isn't technically a 404 since there's a web page in place, so a message like artist/image does not exist might be more informative.
