  • Adding /vendor/cache, /vendor/ruby and /bin to gitignore so that git wont pickup on the cruft generated by bundle install --binstubs --path vendor and bundle install --local
  • Added a .rvmrc file, generated from rvm --rvmrc for rvm developers
  • Added development and testing gems to Gemfile

+1 For most of the gems, although not sure forcing rspec on people is a good idea. Maybe I'm biased because I don't use it.

-1 For the .rvmrc. I don't even use RVM but I'm confused as to why anyone would check an .rvmrc file into version control unless the entire team is using the same gemset. I want control of my gemsets, not your app.
