feat: restart applications in HMR mode when modules cannot be updated #3892
Description
In HMR mode there might be some modules which changes are not accepted and they won't show up in the application, so in order to apply those changes we'd better restart the application.
So can you please listen for the following outputs from the applications log Application needs to be restarted in order to apply the changes. and The following modules could not be updated and restart the app when you receive such logs.
