Downloads a single uncompiled package from the Arch repositories, using abs.
pacbuild [OPTIONS] [TARGET]
-h, --help
Prints the usage information to standard output and exit.
-t, --tarball
Use the tarball flag for the abs utility.
-f, --force
If the target directory already exists, clean it.
