The user agent of the miner was changed to 'Sia-Agent', which is required by the api in updated versions of Sia.

Multiple enhancements were made to the user experience. More flags enable greater customizability, and removal of a certain dependency (getopt) means less compatibility issues for windows users.
Additionally, substantial changes were made to the .cl file, something that should benefit a good portion of amd and nvidia cards.

This release improves upon the miner in small ways. The miner will run slightly faster on some cards, and substantially faster on other cards. The prominent crashing problem has been fixed.
This version of the gpu miner will only work with siad v0.3.3.1 or greater.
