setup does not show the correct version #1612

Summary

  • setup tell the incorrect version (1.8) instead of 1.9
  • some tables are not managed when delete by setup
    • tc_GMapLocations
    • tc_SubscriptionLogs
    • tc_SubscriptionStatistics
    • tc_TeamUserSettings

Actually, these tables are plugin tables. thus not handled.

Should plugin tables be deleted by setup? Adding uninstall routine?
