The later built apps need access to them. I'm not sure why OSX didn't cause a fit.
ISIS directly linked DBus because they had problems with Qt loading DBus later on 12.10. We don't compile DBus so ... these includes must go. Alternatives to ISIS fix are building Qt with actual link to QtDBus. Default is for Qt to dlopen it (hence their problem). Or they can go the nuclear route of ASP where our scripts in Bin hijack the whole environment and explictly state what library paths can be loaded via LD_LIBRARY_PATH.
There were some comments left in from someone's debug session.
These extra files are used by ISIS to discover where the its extra libraries are installed.
This seems like I have everything I need to do a test compile!
There are also a bunch of little fixes that are too numerous to name. My apologies this developement happened in a painful ordeal.
